Thank you for your interest in Outsource Laboratories Training Services.  We accept registration by on-line submission, email, fax or postal mail.

CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of Registration will be sent by both email and US mail within 4 business days from receipt of registration.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Outsource Laboratories accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express charge cards as payment.

CANCELLATION : We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 4 weeks prior to the course start date. A 10% fee will be charged for cancellation made within 2 to 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be allowed for cancellations within 2 weeks of the course start date.

RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule the dates of your course, your must submit your request to Training@olabs.com at least 1 week prior to the start of the course.
